No.  Other than the Convertible Notes, As at 20 January, 2025, Flagship Minerals does not have any interest bearing loans.  From tie to time Directors have and may provide loan funds as a working capital measure inbetween capital raises, if provided these loansmay earn 5% interest per annum.

Flagship Minerals Limited was originally registered as Pan Asia Metals Limited in Singapore on October 11, 2017.  Flagship Minerals Limited originally listed as Pan Asia Metals Limited on the ASX through an Initial Public Offering.  Flagship Minerals was admitted to ASX’ Official List on October 7, 2020, and Flagship Minerals shares started trading on October 8, 2020.
